TrackMaster CFG

TrackMaster CFG is a digital track gauge for measuring track gauge and cant, and for determining the spatial position of the track using a total station or a GNSS receiver.
The gauge is an ideal solution for slab track measurements when a track measuring trolley cannot be used due to the chosen construction method. It records the three-dimensional position of the track together with the gauge and cant in a single work step. It can also serve as an alternative to a measuring trolley on projects with little construction progress and few track sections to be measured.
Although the CFG is primarily designed for surveying applications, it remains a track gauge that can also be used for routine diagnostic work such as measuring track gauge and cant, together with an Android app running on a mobile phone that displays the measured values and allows their recording and export.
