TrackMaster TM3000
Integrated system for measuring track geometric parameters and track spatial position.
TrackMaster TM3000 is a track trolley for measuring track gauge, cant and distance traveled, for measuring the spatial position of the track using a total station or a GNSS receiver, and for measuring the clearance profile using a laser rangefinder.
TrackMaster TM3000 was developed on the basis of many years of experience in designing and manufacturing the GG-05 VBP track trolley. Its design reflects our idea of the ideal working tool for everyday track surveying practice. During development we focused primarily on keeping the weight as low as possible – the trolley weighs just 12 kg – and on making it as easy to operate as possible, which is why it can be assembled and disassembled entirely without tools. At the same time, we placed great emphasis on the durability of the entire construction, so that the trolley reliably performs even under demanding everyday field conditions.
Thanks to its rugged aluminum construction and precise mechanical design, TrackMaster TM3000 achieves high measurement accuracy – both when determining gauge and cant, and when determining the spatial position of the track using a total station or a GNSS receiver. On-site calibration can be performed by the user at any time via a web interface, ensuring long-term stability and reliable measurement results.
